The project consisted of creating a personalized, large, and efficient Private Residence for a multi-generational family. The design was created to maximize living areas on a medium-sized site and ensure sufficient natural light and ventilation to all living areas of the house. The form is a simple composition of multiple boxes with articulation in the design of openings and shading devices. The house consisted of large living areas, an elegantly designed dining space, a well landscaped garden, water bodies, and 2 car parking among features. The design minimizes the use of glass in keeping with the hot-dry desert climate of the region. Building typology is Residential. Services offered in this project are Architecture Design and Interior design. The Status of the project is Completed.
