MLA Residence

The project consisted of providing multi-storeyed apartment housing for MLAs (Members of Legislative Assembly) with supporting all facilities and amenities such as clubhouse, gymnasium, open green scape with seating, and children’s play area. The design was created on the concept of natural light and ventilation with a green cover to make each dwelling unit more efficient. The building blocks are placed so that all residential units are garden-facing to maximize outdoor views, natural light, and natural ventilation. Building typology is Residential. Services offered in this project are Master Planning and Architecture design. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
