AUDA Corporate Office

The project consisted of designing a performative superstructure with a well-planned landscape for the Urban Development Authority of Ahmedabad. Within the building, provision has been given for Offices and Cabins for government officials, Meeting rooms, a Board room, a Library, a Yoga center, Cafeteria, etc. Provision for commercial office spaces has also been given to be sold or rented out to tenants at market rates. The building mass is placed in such a way that Center Plaza is shaded throughout the day. Extensive use of jali fulfills climatic and aesthetic purposes. Landscape terraces are provided to create a cooler microclimate and to make breathable outdoor spaces. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project are Master Planning and Architecture design. The Status of the project is Competition.
