The Project consisted of creating a corporate Office for a Government Employee with the provision of cabins, meeting rooms, and workstations. The concept of the design is to give Design intends to reduce energy use by natural lighting and reducing dependence on artificial light. Also by reducing air-conditioning energy use by increasing natural ventilation.It follows the principle of a 6 feet deep open balcony with heavy vegetation along north and east faces of the building protects the interiors from harsh sunlight, provides diffused natural light, cools the incoming hot breeze and create a cool micro-climates around the building. Building typology is Institutional. Services offered in this project is Architecture design and Interior Design. The Status of the project is Ongoing.
